Lauren Dreyer is Vice President of Starlink Business Operations at SpaceX, overseeing the global expansion Starlink. Her scope includes global licensing, launch of sales in new markets, enterprise customer relationships, strategic connectivity projects, and crisis response. She has been a part of the Starlink team since mid-2020.

Lauren has over 16 years of experience at SpaceX. Prior to her current role, she was a Principal Operations Engineer for the executive team. She has also held individual and leadership positions across the company, including working in business development, compliance, finance, risk management, corporate real estate, and human resources. Throughout all roles, she has focused on complex and critical project management.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She resides in Texas and serves on the Baylor University School of Engineering and Computer Science Board of Advocates and the Mayborn Museum Board of Advocates.
