Scott Pergande is a visionary and highly accomplished professional leader with proven success in comprehensive and diverse leadership roles. With multi-faceted experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Engineering, he is especially skilled in strategic business plan development, aggressive achievement with double digit growth and profit improvement targets via execution strategy measures. He has built and led highly efficient multinational and international teams and experiences.

Scott began as President of Sekisui-Fuller, H.B. Fuller’s joint venture with Sekisui Chemical, on July 1, 2023. Scott relocated to Japan and also became a member of the Sekisui-Fuller board of directors.

Scott’s leadership enhances the connection and collaboration between H.B. Fuller and Sekisui-Fuller. He has a proven track record of growing businesses, executing strategy, and developing high performance teams. Scott’s more than 30 years of experience in leadership, business management, global marketing and product line management.

In his more than seven years with H.B. Fuller, he served as Vice President of Global Product Management and Marketing, Director of Global Product Management and Marketing, and Business Director of Engineering Adhesives. His career includes 18 years with Henkel, culminating with the position of Business Director and Head of the Adhesives Steering Unit, North America and Latin America North. Pergande also worked as and adhesives and sealant engineer with Loctite Corporation after seven years with ExxonMobil.

Pergande earned his BSME from Louisiana State University, and he holds a Professional Certificate of Industrial Distribution from Purdue University. He and his wife Elizabeth are Baylor Alumni by Choice and support Baylor ECS in a variety of ways.

When living abroad in Germany, he served on the Board of Directors for the International Baptist Church Dusseldorf. He volunteered in local church leadership for Room in the Inn, a service that provides education, self-help and community support for those who call the streets of Nashville home.
